Sorry your honour I am not 18, my actual age is only 17 years old
Lulu said, after she was allowed to tell the court on what she wanted to say. Lulu who was brought to the court in a white Suzuki Grand Vitara car was calm as she stood before the Magistrate. After reading the charges, she was not allowed to answer the charges based on the fact that the court has no jurisdiction to hear murder cases, while Ms Kaganda told the court that investigations are under way.
This made Magistrate Mmbando to adjourn the case until April 23 this year when it will be brought for mentioning. Meanwhile, the accused has been taken to remand prison because her count is unbailable.
