A.S.E.M. As3m! days ago released another one of his signature ‘Filla’ songs(DOWNLOAD HERE!), in the song the ‘Wo B3 Da Ntem’ rapper unleashed a tirade of attacks on some personalities in the Ghana entertainment circle ; from the infamous Wanlov’s penis saga to Sarkodie’s irish cream line at the 2012 BET cypher. The song has been a hit and miss to music lovers, with some fans backing the rapper and praising his creativity saying, all he did was tell the truth in the song while others attribute his style to a mere marketing ploy.
R2Bees also released a new joint late last week entitled ‘Baylatrap‘ (LISTEN HERE!) which features no other than , you guessed it – Sarkodie. On the song, Mugeez can be heard on the chorus singing :
Wo na wo she h) no, me na me k) no, me trap no akye bayla
Which sort of implies that the enemy has fallen in their trap and captured, that is not what is making the news but rather Sarkodie’s part in the song. Sarkodie opened his verse alluding to the fact that the enemy has no where to run to now, and quickly went on the attack on his naysayers. Some stand out lines which leaves listeners second guessing whether he’s replying to Asem or not includes:
Some people dey funny me sef, you really thing i give a f*** about some hater?
Ns3m no shesh3 me bo , please somebody fo cover my paper
Mo p3 se mo br3 m’ase nso still m3 bounce back..undertaker
Me de3 ma y3 mo den? Don’t hit me hit my maker … and a host of others!
Sources reveal to OMG!Ghana.com that the song was recorded a while back, even before Asem thought of the last fylla. In a bid to clarify the airwaves and diffuse any misunderstandings steaming from the song amongst critics, R2Bees took to twitter to clear the smoke ones and for all. The Tema boys advised fans to not let their judgment be clouded by the media and that the song has nothing to do with Asem’s last fylla. @R2Bees tweeted :
#BaylaTrap is no response to Asem’s fylla track, we played the beat and recorded the hook 2yrs ago, don’t be fooled by the media

When OMGGHANA.COM reached out to the duo for more scoop on the matter , they simply stated :
To be relevant at another’s expense is cheap publicity, we don’t do that.. Thanks
There you have it, the nail has been put in the coffin! If baylatrap is not a response to Asem, do you think Sarkodie or any of the personalities mentioned in the Last Fylla will respond? We certainly think NOT! Leave your comments below…
