Beyoncé And Jay-Z Filmed The Moment They Named Blue Ivy
The superstar couple were on holiday in Croatia last summer when Beyoncé, 30, was pregnant with their first child, who was born in January.

While there, the duo filmed the Crazy In Love singer standing in front of a blue tree during a morning stroll in Hvar, a Croatian island in the Adriatic Sea. A fresh-faced Beyoncé is clad in a white frilly bikini top and skirt combo that shows off her mini baby bump. In the 15-second clip, she says:
“We woke up this morning and took a nice little walk and we passed by this beautiful blue tree. I think it’s Blue Ivy, which would be quite appropriate.”
The star later posted the video to her Tumblr website :
And the celebrity six-month-old has become quite the tourism pull according to one Croatian mayor — who has even made Blue Ivy an honorary citizen. Mayor Pjerino Bebic has reportedly written a letter to Beyoncé and Jay-Z saying:
“The story of the origin of your girl’s name, Blue Ivy, has brought huge media attention and great tourism promotion to the town of Hvar. I have decided to grant your daughter the status of honorary citizen of the town.”
Bebic also reportedly invited the family to visit Hvar — which is the sunniest town in Croatia — claiming that tourism has dramatically increased since their visit. The celebrity couple have recently been making waves in the UK, as Jay-Z stole the show at Radio One’s Hackney Weekend on Saturday night.
Supportive wife Beyoncé was there to cheer her hubby on, and sported a hooded rain coat and wellies to cope with the British weather.
