Everybody eats to survive. However, certain individuals have some special interest in certain delicacies and Ghanaian veteran actor Fred Amugi may not be different.
Indeed, most Ghanaian celebrities don’t hesitate to speak about their best food and definitely Fred is one of them.
It is unclear what his best delicacy is, but some photos NEWS-ONE chanced on captured him emptying a bowl of what sources said was fufu and light soup.
Even though it looked like pictures from a movie set, sources claimed the photos were purportedly taken years ago at a birthday celebration at the home of actress Jane Buckman Owoo, who now writes for Graphic Showbiz as an entertainment journalist.
A source said Fred did not joke with his African delicacies and fufu and light soup happened to be one of them.
Currently, Fred is undoubtedly one of Ghana’s award-winning veteran actors with many movie credits.
He is still very relevant in Ghana’s movie industry.
He was one of the big shots who acted in Leila Djansi’s ‘Ties That Bind’ alongside American actress Kimberly Elise and Nigerian actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde.
Recently, he was in the news over comment that he was not pleased with industry players who were in government.
The ace actor expressed disappointment at how the movie industry had been given very little attention by colleagues in government both past and present.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Hitz Entertainment News, Fred Amugi stated that colleagues who were once in the industry and were now Members of Parliament and also in government positions had totally neglected the industry.
