Naked Actor To Sue Socrate Safo Over Leaked Nude Photos

It is becoming evident that controversial movie producer Socrates Safo is above the law as far as his relationship with his movie cast is concerned, as another actor has picked a quarrel with the producer over the same old reason of leaked nude photographs.

There have been several misunderstandings between Socrates and his cast over how behind-the-scene photos that capture the nakedness of the actors get leaked.

This time round, Socrates is in real trouble over his new movie, ‘Amen’, which was released onto the market early this week as NEWS-ONE has sighted a letter from the lawyers of one of the actors in the movie, calling for an immediate halt in distribution and sales.

The actor, George Berthou, has accused Socrates of deliberately leaking the photographs so as to generate interest in the movie, an allegation Socrates has denied and called for an investigation to establish how such pictures often get leaked.

Meanwhile, Socrates is still running adverts for the movie and copies are in several movie shops for sale.

The photos have been widely circulated and they show the nakedness of the actor and partial nakedness of another actress, Baby Blanch.

They two were on a bed and concerns have been raised about what other nude scenes the ‘Amen’ movie would contain, considering the explicitness of the behind-the-scenes pictures.

“If you publish any of the pictures I would sue you because it puts me in a bad light and people insult me as me I’m senseless. I’m not begging you.

I’m ordering you and warning you,” Socrates told NEWS-ONE in a rather rude manner when the paper spoke to him over the development.

Interestingly, peacefmonline.com reported Tuesday that Socrates had attempted to use money to influence the outfit’s Entertainment Editor, Eugene Osafo-Nkansah not to publish the same photos that had become a subject of public discussion.

Meanwhile, a source from Socrates’ office, Movie Africa, has told NEWS-ONE the move was about how certain pastors sexually took advantage of their church members and that the story line was based on a sex scandal that was recently published about a bishop who used a crowbar to vandalize a radio station.
