Victim is dead but it sounded funny when the news reached TheMonteOz.com. A report was lodged late this afternoon stating that, a 32years Ghanaian man was found lying dead in a Cassava ranch situated on the Winneba Cape Coast road in Ghana.
Madam Agnes Kwaw, a street fruit seller who witnessed the incidence proclaimed: she spotted the dead who is her first time customer entering the cassava cultivated area after he ordered 8Ghana Cedis worth of fresh Pineapples from her joint. The victim paid for the pineapples and requested to pick up the stuffs in a few since he wanted a place to urinate; he then crossed to the other side of the street to get a position to do justice to the waste.
I heard a loud shriek which sounded very disturbing to me after the customer entered the farm, so I alerted my husband who usually works on the plantations along the street on the terrible noise from the cassava farm, for the reason that a customer went there to fresh up. He also made his way into the farm and found a man resting in a pool of blood along with a yellowish brown colored snake escaping from the dead man’s Shorts real quick – says the Madam Agnes. TheMonteOz.com went ahead to ask if they were able to identify who the victim is, his location, or have any idea of his occupation, Madam Agnes answered solemnly pronouncing; her husband found an a National Voters Card and a Barclays ATM card in his Gucci wallet which had “Edward Yaw Bergeson” tagged on it not forgetting a bank statement which had his bank branch location stating Central Regional (Cape Coast) Branch.
Lucky enough, Street fruit seller “AGNES KWAW” together with her partner (husband) who refused to give out his name to the TheMonteOz.com confirmed they were able to get access to the family of Edward Bergeson through his phone. According to reports Edward is divorced with three kids. Two lovely daughters aged 11 and 13years plus a Seven years little boy. The deceased body has been transitioned to an unnamed hospital in the central region of Ghana.
Life after such devastation remains a regular challenge. May the soul of Edward Yaw Bergeson rest in perfect peace.
